To Wiki or not to Wiki that is the question, now that the question has been posed, how can we use Wiki to its best advantage. I think that there are several ways to use Wiki's within our Library 1/ Use to promote new exhibitions and events as we could possibly link or post to Wiki that have a relevance to the exhibition or event 2/ We should have a page where we have a brief history and a list of why our collection is so important and valuable not only to us but the rest of the world 3/ Also alert the community as to our projects such as Digitization of our photo collection etc.

What a discovery Flickr is, what a great way to communicate and share photos with friends and family and anyone else who has a common interest. Just another way Web 2.0 can enhance and enrich our life experiences.

I am now wondering what the whole web 2.0 journey has installed, what other fantastic things are out there waiting for me to discover and use to share my interests and skills with others.

I also was greatly surprised to that you are still able to have control in the use of your images.

Why oh why I am doing this.........
I think it may be a fun adventure to new way explore new technology. I think Web 2 can make an impact on the way we view and use the web and take it to place not thought about before. I have a tech background but mainly on the hardware side of things, so I thought it would be interesting to experience the other side for a change. So here on a new technological adventure to the future of the web, lock yourself and get set for the whole new world of WEB 2.0
