To Wiki or not to Wiki that is the question, now that the question has been posed, how can we use Wiki to its best advantage. I think that there are several ways to use Wiki's within our Library 1/ Use to promote new exhibitions and events as we could possibly link or post to Wiki that have a relevance to the exhibition or event 2/ We should have a page where we have a brief history and a list of why our collection is so important and valuable not only to us but the rest of the world 3/ Also alert the community as to our projects such as Digitization of our photo collection etc.

Wiki is familiar now to a huge number of people, so I agree with your suggestions for our library's use of Wiki. I think it would be useful for our clients to be able to readily access brief histories of our collections and to keep them updated as items from our collections become available online.
